RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in our small-batch collections. Each item is handmade, which may result in charming variations from the website images. These subtle differences reflect the artisanal nature of our products and make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Return Requirements
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Products not returned in original condition may be subject to a reduced refund.
To initiate a return, email jude@judelicious.shop with your name, order number, and reason for return. Upon approval, we'll provide return shipping instructions.
As a small business, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For expedited shipping orders, only the item cost will be refunded.
Please retain original packaging for returns.
Exeptions
- Items discounted 20% or more are final sale.
- Imperfect Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages
Inspect your order promptly and contact us immediately about defects, damages, or incorrect items.
Exchanges & Refunds

Refund approvals will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
