RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Products not returned in original condition may be subject to a reduced refund.
To initiate a return, email jude@judelicious.shop with your name, order number, and reason for return. Upon approval, we'll provide return shipping instructions. As a small business, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For expedited shipping orders, only the item cost will be refunded. Please retain original packaging for returns.
